"Officials have said the virus was spreading person-to-person and cannot be contracted from eating cooked pork."

Just cooked pork?  Sure, lead the Lowest Common Denominators into continuing to think they have more to fear from raw sausage than botulism (or E. coli or Salmonella...you get the point).
